Shipping policy

Courier dispatched orders are dispatched within 24hrs of placing the order (unless custom order) and should be delivered within 2-5 days throughout NZ (depending on your location) under normal postal conditions.

Local delivery orders placed before 2pm are delivered next day by 6pm.  Orders placed after 2pm might be delivered next day if stocks are available, otherwise they will be delivered on the consecutive day after placement of the order.

Incorrect selection of shipping by the customer will be corrected and any difference in costs will be requested/refunded.

Shipping delays after dispatch are the responsibility of the courier service, so please contact them in the first instance.
